We are all looking for connection and happiness. Often one is mutually dependent upon the other, but which comes first? There can be a connection but that does not mean you are happy. There can be happiness but if that is not reflected in and shared by others, the connection is missing.
Having suffered through a life changing loss several years ago, I realised that only by aligning these two needs would I truly find my purpose. In the last twelve months my dedication to personal development lead me to a number of amazing coaches, higher learning resources, mind expanding books and courses but it was the idea of adopting a growth mindset which really kick started my change and opened my eyes to the limitless possibilities we are all capable of attaining in our lives.
Delving further in to the power of our subconscious, the impact of self awareness and the balance you can bring to your life through exploring your emotional intelligence lead me to defining my truSELF.
My years in sales and recruitment taught me the art of asking the right questions, to get to the truth, but even more importantly it taught me the power of listening. Being curious and attentive allows a truly gifted coach to uncover the answers which lie within, break down those barriers and achieve those breakthroughs.
Seeing the positive change in those I work with and being that light which illuminates the path is such a fulfilling purpose and allows me to both be connected and feel joy at the transcendence we discover together
Coaching draws out the answers from WITHIN, where as mentoring and consulting focus more on adding something in...
The simplest way to describe this key difference is that a coach asks rather than tells. They are curious, they listen, they are present in those 1:1 conversations creating a safe space to delve deeper in to the subconscious realms where the answers await.
The answer is already inside you, we just help guide you through the existing blockages, conditioned behaviours and limiting self beliefs, until your truSELF is realised
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
